[Beyond National Assembly Audit: When and How Corporates Should Act]
- GR Korea International Policy Forum -
On September 30, the GR Korea IPF examined how corporate and industry issues take shape during the National Assembly Audit and when and how companies should respond.
The forum featured Yun Hee-jin, Senior Secretary at the National Assembly, and Yang Jae-won, Vice President of Planning & Strategy at Shinsegae Group.
With the 2026 National Assembly Audit approaching, the session brought together firsthand perspectives from those who have worked on both sides of the process. The discussion looked at how lawmakers’ offices identify issues and develop them into audit questions, and how companies can recognize those developments early and determine when to engage.
Through the IPF, GR Korea will continue to bring together experts with firsthand experience to examine key policy issues and shifts in Korea’s political landscape, providing practical insights for corporate decision-making and public affairs.
We thank our speakers and participants for joining us and look forward to welcoming you to future GR Korea IPF events.
